Who are we?

The PHOENIX Center came together with a goal to provide communities with easy access to Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Use Recovery programs.


The PHOENIX Center is comprised of a community of knowledgeable, experienced, and qualified staff whom share a passionate and solidifying purpose- to bring top-notch client care, nurturance, and stability to any persons that step into our care.

The PHOENIX Center will strive to maintain, improve, and streamline the program offerings to meet the needs and desires of the clients to help them "Rise Above" like the Phoenix.
